No. They wouldn't be able to be on the same network on the same time if they did.
They would probably have the same subnet mask, which translates in the same first part of the IP.
For instance: 127.94.102.x, where the numbered part would be the part that's common, and x would be the part that's unique for each computer.
There's also the part where, especially if there's a small organization, they only have one Internet IP - so, the computers have different IPs on the internal network, and then when they're accessing the Internet ("outside" network) the router that's being used will translate that into a single IP address (which would work for all the computers on the internal network).
