Do Apple computers have the Windows Media Player on it?

Most people have Windows based computers, but with quicktime, I tunes etc available. I have never used an Apple before, does it have Windows Media Player on it, or at least the capability to install it?

There is one for OS X called Windows Media Player 9.

Unfortunately, it's really old, and isn't worth using, unless you have a Windows Media format.

There's Quicktime and iTunes though.

Personally, I wished Microsoft would bring some more updates for the OS X side. I LOVE WMP 11. It's the best media management/playback program ever. Better than iTunes, but it's Windows only. :(

So I only know that you can (officially) use WMP 9 for Mac. But that's it. There might be other options out there though.

There is a program called Flip4Mac that plays all the the windows media formats from within Quicktime.
