Need help for studying abroad (computers)?

I am currently studying in India (High school) and am wanting to study abroad and pursue a course or degree in computers....

I dont know about the courses offered and any of the colleges..and so i would appreciate any help in this field...

The stuff i need are:

1)Info about the best colleges worldwide (for computers)

2)Different courses offered even for 1 with a commerce bg..

Any help would be appreciated...

Try the University of Waterloo in Canada, it is one of the most heavily recruited Computer Science and Computer Science Engineering Universities in the world. I recommended this school in another question a couple of days ago, and since then I had a chance to talk with some VPs in Silicon Valley, and they all agree that it is one of the best, if not the best CS University on the world. It was certainly one of the most innovative in the past, and Microsoft and Oracle recruit heavily there, as well as sponsor scholarships and work-study students there.
