Anyone know a thing or two about computers?

Some videos I try to download on youtube or elsewhere on the internet keep closing down due to what my computer says is a data exacution program. I tried changing the settings and then restarting my computer but it still keeps on doing the same thing. Does anyone know a thing or two about computers. Please help
