Yes there are many enterprise class solutions that do just what you are asking. But, if all you want to do is copy some files, then you might try writing a script in your favorite language and use something called SCP (Secure Copy) that will all you to set up public/private key pairs (This is a completely different discussion but google will help you) so that you can do the transfers in a non interactive way. Then just schedule you script to run at the desired time. You can make the script as robust as you need with error checking and reporting but it won't be very difficult. if each of the files are in there own specific folder then you could make a vbscript to run using task schedular to execute the vbscript at certain time or times, if the files are all over the place or you require them to be copied depending on file attributes ie the name has to contain or such like

It could still be done via vbscript but it will obviously be more complex to do so.
the only way u can do is by remote connection there is no software available for this kind of thing and if there is don use its its dengerous
