In response to the question i think that it is magic.
Well i dont know all that mubo jumbo stuff about computers but i'd probably say it because thats what computers were made for. Jobs that we humans couldnt perform by ourselves or just to get the job done faster. Think about ot would you rather rewrite an essay or use a copy machine.
Because we don't like to wait long for answers.
because they have gone through about fifty years of updating and trials and changes. They are also machines, they do things as fast as those who build them program to. It is simply the advancement of technology.
Advanced Processors , The standard computers now days would have very good processers , 1.8GZ Dual Core would be the minimum which means a computer can preform 3.6 Million Calculations per second. Pretty fast huh?
