Topic says ti all. Does anyone know where they build Alienware PCs after you have ordered them? I know their headquarters are in Miami, FL, is that where they build the computers?

As far as I can tell they are apparently also in Ontario Canada in Toronto, along with the Miami, location. So perhaps they build them in both locations.

Duh. They are built on the planet Xerroz by "Aliens"! :-P
Actually, Alienware computers are assembled here in the USA with parts and components mostly from China. Hope that answers your question.
From what I understand, the assembly plant is in North Carolina.
Also remember that Dell bought Alienware out in 2006, however Alienware still functions independently but is owned and overlooked by Dell.
