I just bout this linksys 5-port sd2005 10/100/1000 gigabit switch and can only connect 1/3 computers to the internet. The others say it doesn't exist in the network. Some help please?

You need a router, a switch will not work.

Try a linksys WRT series router instead. Provides NAT and wireless capabilities too.
as with any switch you need to turn of all computers then unplug the all the inputs on the router(Power, Ethernet,cable)wait a minute then plug everything back in an restart your computers to renew your ip address, this should only have to done once unless you add computers then it will have to be done each time you add a computer
Router is better.
