I cannot login to Neopets on MY computers!?

First, I could not register. I would enter a username and password/confirm password, click "next". It would take me straight to "welcome to Neopets!". No entering email or anything. Well, after registering in another computer at school, I try to login on both computers at my house. It says my password is incorrect. I have tried for 2 days, nothing. But on other computers outside my house, I can get on the first time I login! And, yes, I have activated my account, both from the email and on the site, before you ask. And I have tried both Internet Explorer and Firefox, the browser is not the problem ,either.

1.) Why is this happening.

2.) How can I fix it.

3.) I don't want my neoptes to die, help!

Don't worry. The actual fact about Neopets is that your Neopet will NEVER die, even for the years to come. I played Neopets last time n I only login once in a blue moon. The worst that happened is only that my pets were starving. They didn't die.

About your problem, I advice you to report to The Neopets Team and describe your problem.

Try clearing the Internet cache, under Tools/Internet Options, delete files, delete cookies
1.) This is probably happening because you don't "really" remember your password

2.) If you entered an email. Send it yo your email. But if you have not played along time on that account I suggest that you make a mew account, and this time on your home computer.

3.) Neopets don't die, so don't worry.
