Difference beyween hybrid and digital computers? are there any analog computers too?husqvarna

An analog computer is a computer that uses electrical, mechanical and sometimes hydraulic componentes to solve a problem. A digital computer only uses electrical voltages and currents. There is no such thing as a purely digital computer, all computers have analog and digital components, for example the audio of any computer is analog, and most microprocesors are purely digital. There is too such a thing as an analog computer, but they are old and of not much use anymore, they were usually designed as integrators way back in the day, just simple functions. I hope I answered your questions.
